It seems almost every year Zimbabwean Music get a brand new face whom is maximum pure talent and has vocal brilliance.Darrel came into the picture during the Zvemoyo challenge as he showed the whole of Zvemoyo challenge fanatics that he was the next big thing.
After winning Takura's Zvemoyo challenge pop artist Darrel has made an impact in the pop world. The artist won the Zvemoyo challenge but Takura couldn't live up to his words as he had promised a collaboration with winner .
Darrel wasn't demovated by Takura's acts .He went on to release his Reva/Samantha hit song just after his first mixtape Purple Nation which received massive praise from local and international fans.Reva/Samantha has been remixed by the Afrimma award winning artist Garry Mapanzure.The song was recently played on Xfam in Uganda.His songs have been played in such as Switzerland,Uganda, Malawi and United Kingdom. His hit song Fever was played on Channel O. Darrel is one of the Zimbabwean who are to perform on Fillup Africa .His currently working on purple nation 2 .
