Takura 'Bernard' Shonhayi makes it to this list because it is at a Zim standard explicitness that the artist has worked bigger than ever this year and he has pushed his music to most parts of Zimbabwe as well as at international level.Takura released Relationship Goals Ep earlier this year which had one of the greatest hip hop tracks this year Mai Mwana which brought his breakthrough with its video being his most viewed video on his YouTube VEVO.
As if that wasn't enough the rapper went on to release his debut album SHTDi this album was basically a compilation of hit tracks and heart warming vibes many people of different music taste, age and race jammed to this album this shows greatness and good push of music by Takura. The social media of the artist also reflects that there is an anticipated collabo with Zambian Laylizzy.

2.Hilzy

Unlike Takura Hilzy makes it to the list not because he made compilations or so.....but because the artist made a wave leashing hit titled Muroora this track hit the streets and rocked every radio station airplay. The rapper made a huge name for himself with the grind he put to his brand. Asaph promises magic in the future and he is definitely guaranteed more awards apart from the one he got at the Bulawayo Arts Awards this year.

It will not be a complete list if there is no one woman with a hustle and grind like the great Natasha Muz.The young talent made a breakthrough track Chamupupuri which featured Mc Chita and Sage The Flame. This track is one of her best but it will not be as rocking as Handisi Tsaga which made Natasha Muz a household name in Zimbabwe.
